We ship using Australia Post.
Upon confirmation of your order you will be issued a 22 digit Auspost.com.au/track number.
You will be able to login and follow the progress of your delivery using this number.
Please check the email you used for your order for updates.

Once you have received your items, if you would like to make a claim, please notify us by email
info@crystalelixir.com.au immediately you notice the product is faulty or damaged.
We will clarify whether we require the products returned to finalise the matter.
A refund does not include original freight costs that have been consumed.
Refunds and Returns
At Crystal Elixir, we believe in providing business in “good faith” and “fair play” and are happy to work with you.
We offer refunds or replacement if
1 – the crystal water bottle is faulty
2 – the crystal water bottle arrives damaged
In either case we require photographic proof to support your claim. Please take a few images and send them to info@crystalelixir.com.au
Change of Mind
Simply changing your mind is not sufficient cause for a refund or replacement.
Delivery Delays
Unforeseeable delays in shipping is beyond our control are not a valid reason for refund.
